Silver Valley Brewing

This brewery is proof that a home brewer’s dream can become reality.

Co-owner Kevin Fulton got interested in craft beer when he was designing tap handles for local breweries. That led him to begin homebrewing with some friends in a carport on Silver Valley Road. Eventually, he talked with his wife Brandi about opening a brewery, and even though she didn’t even really like beer, she loved him and wanted him to achieve his dream so she dove in with him. (Hopefully she has grown to like beer more now!) Together they have built a craft brewery focused on their local community. Silver Valley’s stylish tasting room features a range of tasty beers along with a food menu featuring hot sandwiches, nachos and charcuterie — and even hosts a monthly yoga class. Namaste!
