The Hooded Merganser Restaurant is located on Okanagan Lake. The surrounding landscape includes the lake, rolling hills, clay cliffs, orchards, and vineyards. Access to the restaurant is via the adjacent boat moorage or a bridge from the shore. Sustainability is a cornerstone for the Hooded Merganser and in addition to working this into the menu by focusing on BC sourced and inspired ingredients, including from our very own Valley View Farm, the introduction of a wildlife habitat along the shoreline was introduced during the design stages.
