An unlikely dessert combination, enjoy a flight of Callister beers paired with complementing and contrasting flavours of shortbreads and drop cookies from our East Van neighbours, Half-Baked Cookie Co. Sweet and savoury, bitter coffee and chocolate, tropical fruit and coconut, malt, oak, and caramel… discover a world of unexpected flavour combinations that invites you to pair dessert with beer!

Beer flight (4 x 4oz) with cookie pairing (4 cookies), tax and tip included.

Savoury cheddar, double chocolate, and coconut shortbread will also be available for take-away purchases on the event date!

The brewery will remain open until 9pm, if you would like to stay for another round or purchase any Callister beer or craft soda products to-go.

Must be 19+ to enjoy a beer flight, but we like to be all inclusive! If under 19, must attend with a parent or guardian. You may choose to substitute a non-alcoholic craft soda for beer at the time of the event.

Covid-19 safety:

Anyone experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, including fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and new muscle aches or headache, should not attend. If you have arrived from outside of Canada, or been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case, please stay home. Face masks are required at all times when you are not seated.

You will be seated on arrival and flights and cookies will be provided by table service.

Please ensure physical distancing of 2m between yourself and staff and other customers. No mingling, handshakes, or high fives.

All groups must be from the same household, with no more than 6 to a group.

All contact surfaces are disinfected regularly by our staff.
