From the Cowichan Valley through Nanaimo to Parksville Qualicum Beach, experience spectacular beaches, hiking, mountain biking trails, and coastal paddling, as well as urban activities and an abundance of agricultural and culinary opportunities.

How do you participate?
- Visit any of the participating businesses listed below from October 1-30, 2022 and ask for a stamp with purchase.
- After collecting six unique stamps — including at least one stamp from each of the three regions — hand in the completed passport to be entered to win the Grand Prize package.
The random prize draw will take place following the contest period once all of the completed passports have been collected.

Great Prizes to be Won!
The Grand Prize is a 3-Night Central Island Getaway, including one night in each region involved in this promotion:
- 1-night stay in a premium oceanfront room at the Bayside Oceanfront Resort in Parksville, including a meal at Rusted Rake Brewing.
- 1-night stay at the Coast Bastion hotel in Nanaimo, $75 Visa GC for dinner plus Nanaimo bar socks and a personal tour at the museum or art gallery
