The kitchen leans into local and seasonal, working with a trusted network of BC farmers and suppliers to put fresh, ingredient-led dishes on the table daily.

What’s the best thing about Sundays at The Cascade Room? Well, besides “lots of things”, it’s our Sunday Roast! Our roast is served from 4 pm, but we are open from 2 pm with Happy Hour from open to close, so come in, claim your seat, and get ready for a meal that might even be better than your Mom used to make (who are we kidding…we all know it’s better)!! Call ahead to book your seat to make sure you don’t miss out!!
