Everything at Blackbird Bakery is baked in house and created with the seasons, sourced locally with organic and natural foods. From mouth-watering fresh croissants, cookies, cinnamon buns or a selection of daily pastries ranging from pain au chocolat to a gluten free banana bread all cravings can be satisfied. Their coffee is roasted in the Pemberton Valley and their tea comes from Squamish.
