The room arose from the ashes of a burnt-out heritage building that was once the iconic Red Fish Grill. In 2019, it was fully restored into the best taphouse in the interior of BC. With a nod to the mining history of Nelson and the Broken Hill mining company that owned our block at the turn of the century, the room is designed with an antique modern funk.
We burn Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrel staves to house smoke this classic cocktail. The Whisk(e)y Library holds upwards of 100 bottles from around the globe, and our cocktail list features classics and moderns. We smoke our offerings in-house with Hickory. We offer a dynamic array of appies, entrees, and smokehouse platters. Come feast with us!
