Our kitchen team in Abbotsford has put together an incredible four-course, French-themed dinner that will be paired with four Trading Post beers. 2 person, 4 person or 6 person tables are available to book. WILD MUSHROOM AND TRUFFLE PROFITEROLE – seeded choux pastry, wild mushrooms, truffle, and herb cream ⁣⁣

LOBSTER BISQUE – lobster veloute broth, basil, and parmesan foam⁣⁣

VENISON RIB ROAST – venison herb-crusted chop, blueberry balsamic sauce, sweet potato pave, braised fennel⁣⁣

PARISIAN FLAN – tart crust, charred vanilla custard brushed with marmalade syrup⁣⁣

All tables will be spaced apart and guests will be seated with their own parties. A deposit is required at booking. $75 dinner includes a 12oz welcome beer, 4-course dinner, and 4 x 4oz beer tasters
