The take-home virtual event, aptly named Byeee 2020 New Year’s Eve Brewmaster’s Dinner will feature a local selection of craft beers, or wines, and a unique four-course menu curated with inspired submissions from CRAFT chef’s from across Canada. Each dish has been carefully paired, and the interactive virtual event will include live demos broadcast from CRAFT’s kitchens on how to reheat or plate menu items, with each beer or wine pairing explained by the host. In addition, a small bottle of bubbles to say “peace out 2020” and some other gifts are included, with a virtual countdown to add some “normalcy” to the New Year’s festivities taking place after the last course.
