Cask & Cleaver Brewing stands at the crossroads of Viking spirit and South Cariboo craft — a warm, wood-and-steel haven in the heart of 100 Mile House. Since opening in 2022, we’ve forged a reputation for small-batch beers that lean boldly into creativity. From bright, playful sours like our Strawberry Cheesecake Sour to boundary-pushing ales such as the London Fog, our head brewer Dan brings more than 15 years of experience to every expressive, carefully balanced pint.
Our scratch kitchen is driven by an experienced culinary team dedicated to hearty, handcrafted food. With more than 40 dishes built from the ground up — including locally sourced meats from Butcher Bob’s and house-made sauces, seasonings, and comforts — the menu is built to meet the beer, not hide behind it.
