Set beside Prospect Lake, Junction Orchard & Cidery serves up crafted cider. Fresh in-season fruit create rich and full flavours that pair well with a beautiful property that hosts beautiful vibrant weddings & local community focused events.

Seasonality is at the core of their ciders. The freshness and minimal processing of whole, fresh in-season fruit leads to better, richer, fuller flavours. Loving local products, they search for our ingredients starting on the Saanich Peninsula and then expand out to the rest of the Island. Some exceptions to this are hops, sourced from around BC, and some spices and botanicals. Ciders then get released when they are ready and not a minute sooner. They’ve been known to spend three years crafting the perfect bottle!

Junction’s tasting room is open year round. Pull up a seat inside where they’re happy to chat about all things fermented, or step outside into the orchard where on a rainy day there’s an adirondack chair waiting for you to sink into next to a cozy fire, and on a sunny day, a game of cornhole to be won. Alongside the current rotation of delicious ciders they also have a selection of snacks and boardgames.
