Stretch out your weekend with East Van Yoga and Container Brewing! Starting this summer on Saturday mornings.

You’ll be guided through a 60 minute gentle Hatha style class that includes a light warm-up, a few flow sequences, and deep stretching. Followed by a post-class beer, what better way to start the weekend?
