Wildeye is proud to present its very first Cask Fest! Join us for an evening of expertly crafted ales created especially for this occasion.

Featuring the the following delicious cask offerings:

– BeetleJuice 3: Hazy Kveik Pale Ale. Dry hopped with Cashmere, Mosaic & El-Dorado. 6% ABV

– Wild Goose Chase: Wildeye IPA Fermented with Kveik Yeast. Fermented with 4 Different Kveik strains, aged on Gooseberry Juice, and dry hopped with Mosaic Hops. 6.5%ABV

– Smoking Jacket: Our Czech Dark Lager with 2 kinds of Smoked malt. Rauchmalt and Peated smoked Malt, were refermented in cask with our Dark lager. 4.8%ABV.

– Daily Grind: A collaboration with the awesome Moja Coffee, we put their cold brew Brazilian Coffee in our Chocolate Breakfast Stout. 5% ABV

Why Cask?
Cask beer is the freshest and most delicious form beer can come in. The beer is put into 50L casks, which are rested for 24 hours before serving. A small amount of dextrose is added to the cask to condition it, adding an incredibly light amount of carbonation in comparison to kegged beer. The result is a beer free of gas, its true flavour allowed to shine through, unobscured by CO2.

Limited quantity of each beer! Once the cask runs dry, it’s done!
