The Brewer & The Chef

Join us for a bespoke five-course dinner pairing in the heart of our brewery, by candlelight. Tickets include a five-course dinner paired with five 10oz Slackwater Brewing offerings, a safe ride home ($10 taxi voucher), taxes and gratuity – so we just need you and your nearest and dearest!

8 pm – 8:15 pm Beer Tasting & Talk

8:30 pm – 9:30 pm Dinner & Desert

  1. Blue Oyster Mushroom Soup (V) Blue oyster Cream of mushroom soup served with spent grain Dinner rolls and Mushroom Calamari with Fiume Bianco Italian Pilsner
  2. Charred Cucumber Salad (V) Charred English cucumber, Heirloom Tomatoes, Caramelised Pecan Crumble served with Honey spiced Hot Flash IPA Vinaigrette with Shiner Single-Hop IPA
  3. Baked Gold Cheese (V) Upper Bench hand-made Sun cheese Baked on a house-made spent grain Garlic Focaccia with Fresh Basil and Blueberry Balsamic Reduction with What The Fog? New England IPA
  4. Beetroot Risotto Garlic, Parmesan, and Beetroot Risotto Served with either, Veal Cheeks and house-made Jus or Caramelized spaghetti squash (V) with Idleback Amber Ale
  5. Lava Cake (V) Beautiful Gooey Chocolate lava cake served with a Belgium chocolate Coffee Stout Sauce with Pen Pals Coffee Stout (House of Funk Collaboration)
