We welcome you again to our Brewery and Taproom. We look forward to another amazing night.

Our BrewMaster Thomas Batty and Executive Chef Christina Sepidoza have once again conspired to create delicious meals that compliment the beers and flavourful beers that compliment the meals.

Each course will be paired perfectly with a 12oz beer and the Palate Cleanser will be paired with a 4oz beer. Each beer sample will meld beautifully with the Chef’s French-inspired meal.

Salmon en Croute – local salmon in a bed of wilted spinach, and wrapped in a butter puff pastry, served warm in a pool of our lemon and caper hollandaise (vegetarian option available).

To Refresh:

Camomile and Passionfruit Granita

To Tantalise:

Classic Frisee Salad with crisp Lardons, Dijon and fine herbs vinaigrette and a “jammy” egg.

To Nourish:

Beef Bourguignon on a bed of smooth and silky celeriac pave. ( vegetarian option available)

To Finish:

Kaffir Lime-leaf Crème Brule with a macadamia tuille cookie
